Here is Mike Jones barrel house idea in early stages of construction. Note the barrels that have been filled with dirt from the hole they surround. Once the roof is up, it will be time for plaster, doors and windows.

San Larenzo Canyon

About 10 of us met this wednesday afternoon. We had a great time just visiting and doing lunch. Then we went up to San Larenzo Canyon north of Socorro NM. What an interesting place, just packed full of interesting rocks and small cliffs. Then we went back to Micah Village for a potluck diner and playing around. Good thing we have nice and fun loving folks in our communities.
